SEA PINES PLANTATION - Sea Pines Plantation encompasses 5,200 naturally beautiful acres located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island. There are 5 miles of Atlantic Ocean shoreline, a 605-acre Forest Preserve, 3 golf courses including the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the MCI Heritage Tournament, 23 tennis courts, 2 marinas, 15 miles of leisure trails, an equestrian center, beaches and a multitude of water sports. SHIPYARD PLANTATION - A quiet community of ocean-oriented homes and villas conveniently located at the south end of the island. While there are no actual oceanfront homes or villas in Shipyard, residents enjoy easy beach access and parking at the Shipyard Beach Club. The community features three nine-hole golf courses, the Van der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort with 20 championship courts in addition to trails for walking, biking, rollerblading and jogging. There are also fresh water lagoons for fishing.
WEXFORD PLANTATION - Wexford Plantation is a premier residential community encompassing approximately 500 acres of land, marshes and water blended into a community attuned to the beauty of the land. PORT ROYAL - Port Royal Plantation enjoys Port Royal Sound and Atlantic Ocean shoreline from its location at the “heel” of the Island. There is a Beach Club, 3 golf courses, tennis, swimming pools, historic sites and an arboretum. There are no hotels or commercial rental properties within the Plantation. PALMETTO HALL - Palmetto Hall lies just east of Hilton Head Plantation. It is an intimate plantation whose house architecture follows a Southern classic style featuring porches, decks, dormers, etc. There are two golf courses; the Robert Cupp Course and the Arthur Hills Course.
